hey. =)) sorry for not posting and stuff...

anyways, merry belated christmas and a happy new year! =))

last day of 2008. sigh.
heh. i don't want to be sec 1!

hm...quite a lot of things happened.

on monday, i went out with natalie. to make up for not going to her birthday party.
and i brought everything...everything but her birthday present. -.-

but we watched bedtime stories. its awesome. =DD
bugsy is pretty cute. =D

the next day...

i watched yes man with my family. oh its so funny. =DD
then i went to my tuition teacher's party.

berenice, you really should have came. =D

her niece is so cute! =DD
so is her hamster. =3
and her rabbit's ears doesn't go straight up, but it flops down. hehe.
i ate lunch there, and watched a japanese movie. and watched her hamster. heh.

today i had a movie marathon.
hehe. i've been watching a lot of movies...
white chicks is interesting...
i also watched nancy drew, cheaper by the dozen 2 and dodgeball.
ruth doesn't seem to like taylor lautner's voice in cheaper by the dozen 2. but i still think he rocks. =DD
oh, and i delivered natalie's present to her too. =))

i cut my hair. =)
its now short.
i'm growing to like it. =))

haven't blogged for more than a week. ah wells.

quite a lot of stuff happened anyways. pretty important stuff.

i was:
-forced to sign up for the carolling thing in church, because of convenience (sigh)
-recieved performance 5 results
-recieved school posting results
-went to registration day
-watching twilight!!! <3
hm... other things too, some completely forgotten. =DD

so anyways, on friday was registration day. saw everyone in my group except for delia and berenice.
my father wanted me to do everything by that day. got somewhat pissed off.
but i still went with melissa, natalie and li wen to cineleisure. =)

we ate lunch first. i saw a woman there that looked a little like mrs sim. =)
then jolene came, and we took neoprints.

and then, we watched TWILIGHT! =DD
it was good. even though it wasn't as good as the book. =))
(actually, i don't think i've saw a movie that is as good as its book.)
but i wish they added the parts about jasper and alice...
did you know that jasper was born in singapore? as in the actor playing jasper.

natalie, taylor lautner isn't GAY. D=

oh, the cinema was full.
but no one was cheering or anything when they saw robert pattinson. heh.

today.

music lesson was interesting. not many people were there. there was a time where i was all alone in the studio...
and since its our last (group) lesson of the year, miss liang said we don't need to do anything. =D

and the silence was awkward. hehe.

oh, vic tan is coming to mgs too. =DD
at least i'll know someone in mep.

so...miss liang told us stories about her haunted school. =DD
and someone gave her a cake. so she gaved it to us. =)
she tried to eat the santa claus thingy that was on the cake. but it was inedible. =D

today was interesting. =DD

i went to school because my father needed to buy ruth's books and eugene's other school stuff and decided i should collect my psle cert. =)
i met natasha there, who found natalie's wallet at the graduation party and asked me to return it to her. so yeah.

so natalie came and collected her wallet and cert, and we walked around the school, trying to look for the sec 1 classes and got hopelessly lost. =))

and we visited 6.6! =DD it looks the same execpt for the nice new computer. eh.
our class pets and stuff are there! =))

then i had to go to buy eugene's school stuff at his school. =(
and it turned out that the bookshop wasn't opened today. sigh.

i'm slaphappy. =)

i like taylor lautner, even though i'm rooting for team edward. =DD
hehe.

but in the end, we didn't do anything there. sigh.

over these few days, i found out two things:

for the first one...yeah.

yesterday was so fun! =D

i watched wild child with berenice, natalie, melissa, delia and tanya at lido.
smuggled mcdonalds in. =)) hehe.

anyways, wild child is nice. better than madagascar 2 in a way.
i like it when they said 'WHO ARE WE?' in this really bitchy voice. and when harriet says 'methinks'.
methinks its so nice and brit. =DD

after that, went to sentosa with dad, eugene and ruth.
we took the luge and the skyride! i was so scared my slippers would fall off.
and then...we went to a lot of beaches.
then eugene had strawberry icecream on his nose! =DD
~~it made him look even more like a pig (no offense to eugene).~~
everytime i looked at him, i just couldn't help laughing...and laughing while trying to comfort a boy with icecream on his nose isn't a very good idea.

anyways, then i spilled choc icecream on my shirt. sigh.
come to think of it, its like retribution.

after that, we got really hot and bothered because it was so hot (and bothering), so we went to vivo to wander around.
then eugene had to go to his friend's birthday party (who is interestingly called natalie) so we went home.
later, eugene came back with his hair all gelled up into green and silver spikes. ~~looking like a somewhat unripe fruit.~~
hmmph. shall not insult my brother any longer. =))

today, unlike yesterday, is as productive as watching a cat in a hat on a mat with a rat that is fat. or rhyming.
i'm bored...
and i have a lot of things to do, and i know i should do them, but i don't want to do them, because there are so many things to do.
argh.

actually i was back hours ago. haha.

it was quite fun. ruth and i had our own hotel room/apartment thing. =))
but the stupid thing about the room's toilet was that the lock was spoiled. and there were windows opening up to the bed. 0.o
it makes me think that the room was for lovers...

maybe the lock was spoiled on purpose? =DD

oh, and when we were travelling to the hotel, we passed by a cow, which eugene thought was a water buffalo.
and then we saw a water buffalo, which eugene thought was a moose.
a moose. eh.

the beach was awesome. =D

feeling a bit sick today. heh.

i woke up at 4 am because of a stuffy nose and couldn't really breathe properly. and i didn't exactly sleep after that.
so i was quite sleepy throughout the entire morning...
at least it isn't so bad now. =) though cold + sore throat = not very cheerful person

hm. anyways, tomorrow i'll be going to china! =DD hainan island, i think. we have to wake up at 3 am (i guess i had practice, waking up at 4 and everything) for the flight.

oh well. hope i get better by tomorrow...

today was pretty long. =D it was awesome.

anyways, this morning/afternoon was pretty crazy. especially when i went right up to miss soh to collect my report book. and my results.

=DD really happy with it.
though it isn't as high as the nanyang person who got 287, krystin's (highest in school!! =D) or berenice's (which, to me, is supersupersuper high =D), or this other-person-who-doesn't-want-to-be-named =ahem= (her marks are also supersupersuper high), i'm really HAPPY.

after that, i came home to find out that my sister brought her friends over.
eh. they are REALLY 0.o (though not as 0.o as my sister herself) in an interesting way.

but it turned out to be quite fun. =DD my teacher's nice.

anyways, then i returned home. still very happy. =D

i remember less than 12 hours ago, i was pacing and couldn't sit down. generally very, very nervous.

anyways, today was quite fun.

in church, my teacher asked the class if we knew what a balloon was. 0.o

anyways, today we had a mock exam for music class.
since exam is TOMORROW. D=

but after that, the whole class (except for jessica, sadly) went to watch madagascar 2! =D
it was pretty nice.
the penguins are really cute and cuddly. =DD

it was the first time we actually went somewhere (one storey up to the cinema, to be exact). really fun. =))

sigh. nervous for both the exam and psle results.
i'm still unsure of which school to go to.
i'm unsure of meeting some people again. like this teacher who everyone (seem to, i hope) like but i hate. even though she is a pri school teacher, but hey...
anything is possible, and i hope my results don't suck.

watched this movie a couple of days ago. its freaking nice. =))
the last part is really touching.

hmmm...anyways, today had music lesson.
thought it would be all work throughout the whole lesson, since exam is in 8 days' time(ARGH).

but then miss liang wanted to see joshua's apjoc pictures...
so we spent 1h of the lesson
- looking at the pictures, which are 4 albums long
- going to melissa's blog, to see how joshua embarrassed miss liang (XD)
- teaching miss liang how to log in to facebook
- telling miss liang what you do in facebook

and so, we only had 30mins left. hehs.
but that one hour was really entertaining. =))

hmm...pretty pooped. left the house at 9.30 am and came back around 9 pm. =DD

had loads of fun today. especially when i was at the top, lying on the blue cushiony things, doing absolutely nothing.
it was nice. =DD
so it was kinda depressing when i had to leave for tuition. D=

i messed up on my songs today. sighs. don't think miss liang was very happy.
anyways, when i was playing my pieces, i felt this rocking motion. 0.o
its like...i felt like i was swaying, but i wasn't.

and the bus ride home was bumpy. i probably irritated quite a lot of people by bumping into them/stepping on their toes. hehe.

helooos! went apjoc today. it was really nice. =))

sadly, no pics. since we weren't allowed to take any during the concert and i had to leave before i could take any...oh wells.

anyways.

sat next to ruth and fang ning, who was sitting next to muriel. =DD
and in front of us were people that loved to move about. heh. it was pretty irritating.

all of the performers were AWESOME.
i like most of their compos. =))
especially the 8-year-old girl. she's really good.
and the malaysian guy's compo. it was really nice. =D
and the indonesian guy's compo. i think it was the best electone compo for the performance. =DD
no offense to jessica or joshua. =))

anyways. again.
the singapore representatives(?) played very nice too. =))
among them, ruth liked joshua's the best. cos it was the loudest. eheheh. =DD

she also said that his and jessica's actions were kind of dramatic. and the way they move when playing is almost the same.
which is pretty cool. =DD id never noticed that before.

anyways, ruth said everyone played very well. =D

oh, the place where they held the concert was exactly where they held eugene's eoy concert. heh. =)

one year ago, i was looking up at the night sky, looking at the stars (and jupiter!!!). in perth.

the best night of my existence. definitely a night to remember...

i miss perth. D=
the first school trip without any family members and stuff. just me, my friends and perth.

all one year ago.

i wish we could go again. to see bolshack. or the farm that we stayed in, or the ppl in mlc, or the stars.
or maybe we could go some other country or something.

but p6ers are not brought on school trips overseas. and we are not going to be p6ers in like 2 months' time.
and even so, it wont be the same again.

Anyways, watched get smart just now. really funny. especially after they found where the bomb was. =DD

hmm...oh, i think twilight might be pg-13. since the trailers for the us screening shows that it is pg-13 for them. blehh.

yesterday, i went with berenice, tanya, natalie, delia and melissa to cineleisure to watch hsm3.
i got lost going there. heh.

anyways, the movie was nice. =)) the best of all three.
there are more songs than usual... and the song by sharpay and ryan is really nice. =))

oh, and diagonally in front of me, there were a group of VERY ego people. they were...ego.

the concert was...ok.

fathers popping the thingy at the finale, as usual.
though it seems to be lesser people in a class, compared to long ago...

and the first item was so cute!
there was this boy that was crying when he entered the stage, he kept on shouting for his mom and everything, but when the music started, he started dancing and kinda stopped crying immediately. but his expression was amusing. =))
and when his friends sawyed from side to side, he moved up and down. =D
and when they ended, he was still dancing. heh. =DD
then he started crying again.

today is the end of school. a milestone in my life.
i don't feel like writing much...

today, we broke a few rules, i think. =))

oh, and i won a stuff toy pig from some lucky dip thing. pixie is absolutely adorable. =DD
then i met ruth at the alumni room.
she looked at the pig and was like: o.0
then she said to her friend: my sister bought a pig =COUGH=

whatever. erm. today was interesting. especially when i found out that tanya was going to go to the same day and time for tll as me. =))
only thing was, it was in a different class. sigh.

i'm going to miss everyone in class. The next time i'll see everyone is when we collect our psle results (right?). which is far, far away. and i'm not even sure whether i want that day to come.

today was great. =)

most of the school hours was spent with the cca showcases.
the chinese speech and drama one was...interesting. =DD
not sure whether we played well, but it was our last practice. =((
i actually am going to miss handbells. sigh.

after that, i hurried home to change and pack and all that (couldn't find the camera though), and then i went back to school again. for public transport.
only 4 ppl of all the p6ers were from 6.6. haha.

oh and before that, we finally collected our class tee! =))

anywyas, we had a pretty goodiebag. i love my teddybear. =3
oh, and there were many balloons floating(?) on the celing. after jumping around and um, scratching myself with my own hand, finally caught(?) one.
some people were obsessed with the balloons. 0.o

we had the skit! =DD
i liked 6.2 and 6.4's performance the best.
but the others were nice too. =))

the crazy audience in our skit is kinda useless...cos the other classes are actually cheering for the performers and everything. but still.
funny fun. =DD

oh...the luckydraw!!! prizes include ipods and beloved crumplers (sigh). <3
i won 2 movie vouchers. whoots.

and was...basically emotional after that.

its nice, though some people think its boring.

i can't believe i didn't touch the computer for two whole days! heh.

well anyways, i had handbell practice. but since the p6ers had psle and only played 1 song, so while the others were playing the other pieces, we played speed. and uno.
i suck at speed. =DD

then the next day, yesterday, it was rehersal for the cca showcase.
acctually, the p6ers couldn't come for the cca showcase for parents cos of the graduation party, so they pushed it (i mean the parents' cca showcase, not the party) forward.
beacuse mrs gosian said everyone was important and blah.

anyways, because of the rehersal, missed the hip hop lesson. =D
but we didn't miss social ettiquite. =(

the teacher absolutely ADORES<3 the school. or so he said. something like that.
~~do you know his standing/relaxed positiong invloves putting both hands together in front of him in a gay-ish manner?~~

coming back home, i realised i left my cluedo set at school. haha.
that was pretty random.=))

anyways, hours later, i was going home from music tuition, when two women/girls/teenagers
came up to me and ask me to listen to a story.
me: um.
one of them: don't worry, we won't sell you anything.
me: ok...

so they introduce themselves and everything...

her: do you want to go somewhere else, cos this place is a bit noisy...
me: erhs...
her: ok, nvm.

so then, she told the story.
its about God creating heaven and earth, and God and man were very close, but as adam and eve sined, God and man are seperated. And though some people think that charity and all that stuff would bring them closer to God, only Jesus is the link.

well, she said something like that.
and she drew it out on a notebook too. =D

but the story seemed to be like for non-christians, and i AM a christian, but i don't know how i was going to tell her that.

so, um, i just kept quiet while she talked. trying not to smirk. or suddenly burst out laughing. =D

then she asked me which describes me the best: at the part where God is, at the bridge/cross, afraid/not allowed to cross to God's side, or reject God.

me: at the part where God is, because...i'm a christian?
her: ohh. haha. lols! why didn't you tell me earlier? =laugh=

sooo...not sure whether she's embarrassed or pissed off, but i was smirking when i left.
heh. i think its pretty cool that they go up to random people to do that. =DD

so yeah.

today. quite a lot of things happened.

after assembly, it was christmas service. we sang we wish u a merry christmas...

i'm feeling really weird. like i have so many things that i want to do but just seem too bored to do it.
sigh. my life is really great.

today i went to natalie's church. erms, it was pretty fun. =D
saw carolyn, yi shuen and a lot of other people including someone from my p1 class. cool. =)

and anyways, her class was playing a game with gigantic pick up sticks. at first, the forfeit was for the winning team to draw on the faces of the losing team. then it became the winning team make up a forfeit for the losing team. heh.
natalie seemed really diappointed when shawn didn't turn up. haha. =D

and then, all of the sudden, she saw him. =o

the rest is pretty funny.
i think he probably knows natalie's infatuation for him.
and maybe wondering why she and her weird friend was looking/glancing/staring at him.
especially when natalie pulled me to (supposedly) say goodbye to mrs betty lee, and he was really close.
thinking about what happened makes me feel T.T

i don't mind going there again.

i can't believe its all over. it was like a whirlwind of stress,

anyways, moving on to the exams. english was pretty okaish,
math was...puzzling, and it was the only paper where i panicked/rushed through frantically/didn't check.
chinese was...mcq was difficult, and my crappy answer for one of the questions in section b was (obviously) wrong,
science section b was hard, and i have never seen some questions in my whole life,
and hmt...was actually much easier than prelims. whee. =D

did i mention staying back after the hmt paper was a stupid and pointless thing to do?
it was pretty amusing though.=))

after that, we went mcdonalds. it was pretty fun...
oh, then after that, some won't-jaywalk person dragged me across the road while we were going home. and forced me into her lobby. as usual.

ended up playing in the playground. and sitting near the swimming pool, taking ugly and really unphotogenic pics of ourselves. what fun.

i learnt 4 things there.
1. natalie's playground has a seesaw. =D no swings though.
2. NEVER, EVER sit in the whale-dolphin thingy.
3. don't smile until natalie finish adjusting her camera. or your smile will look damn fake when the picture is taken.
4. don't laugh while natalie is...adjusting herself.

right now my brother is pissing me off. berenice came to my house and heard him, so she probably knows why...

anyways, today was prefects installation for the second time this year. for next year's prefects. which is pretty strange and i think they should stick to march.
so anyways, handbells were part of the program. and during the rehersal (and many other practices before that), we didn't play amazing grace so well...so our handbells instructor cut off a lot of parts out of the song...

wells, after that, we went for the after school practice, and out instructor couldn't make it because she had to take an exam or something. so a guy, called mr lim, took over. we actually improved. =D
~~and erhm wells...i'm glad i'm not in the primary handbells choir next year.~~

so, back to today, we played pretty well...compared to the rehersal. whee.

and another thing...

a lot of things to post about today... lots of pics too. =DD but i'm too lazy to put them here...maybe one or two.

anyways, yesterday, after tuition, my family when on a yacht, cos my father was invited by his client. and it was GIGANTIC. i was pretty dizzy in the beginning...

you know, you have to press on this flat green button to enter some of the rooms, like the karoke room. and stuff.
i sang karaoke. =D one song only though, cos there was this other woman who i don't know that wanted to sing too.

eugene made friends with her son. =))

oh well. i <3 truffles! =D i want to live in that ship forever...<3<3 some people are just so rich.

today, i went for an ensemble concert.

it was pretty informal. =)) the group playing the entertainer was cool. (not to mention shiiiiny) =DD

erms, after the rehersal, we played whacko. =DD

last night i had a really really weird dream...it was really long too, and i woke up at like, 9 am? (wake up as in, wake up from deeeeeeeeep sleep. not the rolling around on the bed, not wanting to get up thing.)
i got up finally when my aunt came. hehe.

anyways,

the first part of my dream was about me and natalie sneaking somewhere during recess in school. o.0
we were outside the school bookshop when this boy came up and said he knew what we were going to do (i didn't even know what WE were going to do).
in an effort to bribe him (i feel so ashamed now. =o), i bought him this file that cost $3.?0 and i was at the counter when the shopkeeper said that i should go to the counter outside and pay there because that counter (outside) was for inexpensive stuff.

so, then i was outside, and then the queue was so long it went all the way to outside the science lab, then to the quadrangle, then to the linkway. then i finally bought the file. but somehow, laoshi became the cashier and i bought it from her.
0.o not sure if i gave the boy the file tho.

then, mrs (jean) lee came riding on a bicycle doing stunts. hehe. i remember i was so tired that i didn't actually see her do the stunts, which was weird cos i WAS sleeping...
anyways, somehow, i was awake again (in my sleep obviously) and i was riding the bicycle through this narrow tunnel (half made of something flat, half made of red string, and yes i know the tunnel is weird but that's the way the cookie crumbles) doing stunts or something. while i was doing the stunts and stuff, i somehow heared that i was starring in a basketball cartoon. =))

so, the tunnel ended near the entrance of plaza singapura (it looked like the exit of the underpass anyways.) and i think i was walking in to...somewhere...and started watching the cartoon. but it wasn't about basketball. it was about a town being flooded.
and i saw among the character's names were victoria, berenice and tanya. lols.
my character owned a dog. =DD

i think there was something about an evil robot and a professor in the show, but then i woke up. D=

that was the longest and weirdest dream in my whole entire life (that i can remember anyways). i don't know who that boy i bribed is, or why lao shi/mrs lee (especially mrs lee) was in my dream at all.
or why i was starring in a cartoon.
or why the dream was so vivid especially the part when i became tired in my dream. or the evil robot and professor.

dreams are kinda another reality, right? your place where you can express yourself and your true feelings or wtv. but still. 0.o

weird dream.

lols. did you know the scientific study of dreams is known as oneirology?

Whee! today i had a really fun day. =))

made this cute clay mouse and saw cel. =))

anyways, today, charis fetched me there. we were wondering where on earth the party was when tanya came with her brother and maid. so when we finally found the place, someone was like, how come so many come at the same time arhs?

well, after i ate lunch and stuff, we went for bowling. i was always the lousiest in my lane. sighs...

then cel came amidst all the giggling/laughing/smirking (maybe wondering what we were all laughing about) and during the second game, everyone was erm, shouting stuff to erm, cause distress to some particular people.

after that, we went back up again and threw balloons at each other and made our family relationships known. =DD declan is my/berenice's/natalie's/charis's uncle!
and just thinking about who my other uncle is makes me smile. a lot.

FOUNDER'S DAY

pretty fun. the flag rasing ceremony was strange. we had to welcome the guest of honour twice. 0.o

but the guest of honour's speech at the next (award? celebration?)ceremony was kind of interesting. and natalie and i were stepping on each other's feet the whole time during the ceremony. i think we irritated the person sitting in front of natalie. XD

natalie kept on winning the fight. gahhh. but it was fun. =D

uhh...the ceremony was ~~boring~~ okay lurhs. we weren't sitting in the audi. this year. we had to sit in the sec hall. where the ceremony is held. bleh.

but the dinner was really fun. =DD

Miss Tan was wearing a dress! and high heels! and this little flower thing in her hair that does not suit her at all! she looked so different! =o

everyone looked different. so many people wore dresses+shawls. they looked so ladylike. especially li wen. =DD

i guess it WAS a dinner after all...

the sec. people were pretty crazy and everything. its like their prom without the dancing...

yup, our class is playing that game. =)) but i think its not exactly much fun since so many people know who their angels are.

but i guess its still fun cos my mortal dosen't exactly know who i am. yahboo.=D

anyways, we went to see the science center. after we did our assignment, we went to explore. haha. the fibre tree part was nice. =D

yesterday, when i was coming home from LL by bus, and after many stops, this old man went quite slowly to the back of the bus to get down. after a while, the bus driver thought everyone was down (i think)...and he shut the doors, clamping the foot of that old man's foot (or maybe just the middle of his foot)...

he was grabbing hold of two people as the bus was moving off, and one of them was shouting (actually more of screaming) to the bus driver to open the door.
i think that old man was kind of pissed off. =DD he was pointing and cursing(most likely) at the bus when he finally got off...

right, that's all for today, maybe i'll post about tomorrow's concert (that not many people will understand)...

Youth Day!

haha. i'm such a slacker. i only did one english paper for 2 whole days and i just can't seem to do my homework today. dieee. D=

anyways, yeaterday, after tuition we went to the gramaphone sale. its held at the place where tanya brought us for bowling i think. =))

the CDs there were priced from $1. =D
in the end, the total amount of money ruth and i spent was 60 bucks. wheee. XD
but i only spent $14. haha.

but ruth bargained and the end i'm going to have to pay $25. heh.
since i'm going to 'listen to all the songs anyways'.

today, berenice and i actually counted the number of fire extinguishers correctly. which i think isn't the correct number, cos we saw more of them after we submited.

anyways, the announcer called berenice 'beatrice'. XD it must be because of her microscopic handwriting, which is smaller than mine. which is unfair since some people complain that my handwriting is so small, when i made it quite big already.

haha. anyways, the prize is a bouquet of lollipops. we had to sharre since they ran out of bouquets. oh well. berenice got the strawberry lollipop and i got the bouquet. fair exchange. =))

natalie had to go for her gr.7 ABRSM exam today. she just left halfway during maths with all her stuff still in school and conveniently came back exactly the moment ss ended.

lucky.

but too bad she missed PE. mrs lee wasn't teaching us=))but this group of people were. hehe. so fun. =)) hockey was nice, and captain's ball (if its captain's ball) was kind of loopholey and 'volleyball' was quite nice too.

i had so much fun today. =DD

um, let's see...today i went to plaza singapura to do a music project. while i was waiting for my other friends, i went to the comics shop. haha. there were stuff that natalie will be interested in.

when we were all finally there, we spent about half an hour looking for a place where there was internet cos joshua bought his sister's laptop. we finally ended up at macdonalds. i <3 the curry sauce there.

then we spent the rest of the time typing lame stuff on the laptop and visiting people's blogs. in the end we only managed to do the title and two paragraphs. XD (i hope my parents aren't reading this.)

sigh. i don't exactly like this blogskin and i have to edit the links now so this post ends here. =))
